Rijksmuseum data
Published by the Rijksmuseum, this dataset provides controlled vocabularies and includes a list of actors (e.g., persons and organisations) and a thesaurus (e.g., concepts, places and events) as two different data packages. According to the content provided by each of them, the metadata is described by means of a particular vocabulary. A brief description is provided below.
Actors The controlled vocabulary of actors is a list of persons and organisations. The data is structured according to the Europeana Data Model, Linked Data compatible and available in XML.
Thesaurus The thesaurus includes concepts, places and events. Data is structured according to the Simple Knowledge Organization System, Linked Data compatible and available in XML.
The SSH Open Marketplace is maintained and will be further developed by three European Research Infrastructures - DARIAH, CLARIN and CESSDA - and their national partners. It was developed as part of the "Social Sciences and Humanities Open Cloud" SSHOC project, European Union's Horizon 2020 project call H2020-INFRAEOSC-04-2018, grant agreement #823782.
